Clicksor pay per click sucks

i had tried to use clicksor advertising programme once. I was happy for 1-2 days as it was charging only what i had set max bid. I had daily limit of $10 and was getting 110 clicks (not a valid though, still happy), but next day i saw 11 clicks and $10 gone for that day. I mailed them about that error. Annie Wong, Account Manager sent me an email saying she had reviewed my bidding and it was very low so she increased it. What the f#@k? Since then i stopped using them and i hope i'll never be back with them.
