Best university for Commerce

Hullo guyz,

I'm doin right now masters in the field of economics and finance. In future, i wanted to pursue this line at its peak, so can anyone tell me about the best institutes and universities all over the world for the subjects of economics and finance.

I want to study it atleast till the Doctorate level. Kindly tell me atleast top 3.
